USPS Rates are calculated directly at checkout and average between $5 and $12.

Customs plays a big part in how quickly you will receive your products. USA customs need to clear all packages going international and then the destination countries' customs has to clear the package when it arrives. Sometimes this process is fast and other times the two countries are very slow at this process. Please be patient as 99% of all International shipments that seem lost are actually just delayed by customs.
We charge no fee for returns on goods sold. The goods must be returned in new condition and the cost of return shipment is the customers responsibility.
Sometimes we make mistakes. If we ever send you a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please return it to us for a replacement. DLC and Digital codes will be replaced via email.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase not when the merchandise ships. If you need to cancel or change a pre-order please contact us at email@example.com.
All our products are limited edition. Once they are gone they are gone for good. We might reissue previous products, but they will be identified as a new version.
We use Square and Paypal as our payment providers. This allows the use of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal Payments.
