Shipping and Returns
If you ever have a problem with your order please contact us at info@symbiotestudios.com. Returns on defective products are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Please return products in original packaging. There is no restocking fee, but shipping on nondefective products are the responsibility of the returner. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used

Shipping comes directly from our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
Domestic Shipping Cost
USPS Rates are calculated directly at checkout and average between $5 and $19.
Worldwide Shipping Cost
USPS/DHL Rates are calculated directly at checkout and average between $19.99 and $80.
International customers are responsible for all import fees and local taxes.

Customs plays a big part in how quickly you will receive your products. USA customs need to clear all packages going international and then the destination countries' customs has to clear the package when it arrives. Sometimes this process is fast and other times the two countries are very slow at this process. Please be patient as 99% of all International shipments that seem lost are actually just delayed by customs.
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
We charge no fee for returns on goods sold. The goods must be returned in new condition and the cost of return shipment is the customers responsibility.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Sometimes we make mistakes. If we ever send you a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please return it to us for a replacement. DLC and Digital codes will be replaced via email.
Pre-Orders and Limited Editions
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase not when the merchandise ships. If you need to cancel or change a pre-order please contact us at info@symbiotestudios.com.
All our products are limited edition. Once they are gone they are gone for good. We might reissue previous products, but they will be identified as a new version.
