PLASTIC TOY MANUFACTURING
PVC and vinyl are the toy industries' most used materials. Most toys in retail stores are made out of PVC, vinyl, or both. PVC is a durable material that is commonly seen in action figures, dolls, and playsets. Vinyl is a softer material that is best associated with bathtub ducks and designer toys.
Manufacturing Timeline
No two projects are the same. We handle the simplest projects to the most complex. The total processing time from start to shipment depends on many factors and is generally 16 to 26 weeks.
Run Quantity
We do have flexible quantities however, there is a minimum run size of 2,000 units for plastic toys. If 2,000 units seem too large for your needs, please consider Resin statues.
Pricing
We offer all-inclusive product pricing. The final price depends on the level of detail, paint colors, moveable parts, and size. We will quote you a single price that includes everything except freight.
No two projects are the same. Some projects are more complex than others, while some are very basic. The total cost of a project depends on:

Character Design. More advanced designs take more time to replicate accurately.

Figure Size. The bigger the figure the bigger the molds (See Process) used in creation.

Number of moving parts: If the head or arms turn it adds to the cost.

Paint: How many colors are used? How complex is the paint design?

Packaging: Size and shape of the packaging.

Quantity: Amount of units produced.
Estimated Budget for 4 inch Custom PVC or Vinyl figure.
Per Unit: Most 4 inch PVC or Vinyl toys with packaging cost between $5 to $12 per unit based on an order of at least 1,000 units. Costs can go lower depending on the quantity ordered.
Setup Costs: One time prototyping costs are charged in addition to the per unit cost. Prototype price is usually $1,000, but can vary slightly based on detail.
Freight: We can handle shipping from our factory direct to your warehouse, store or customer. All freight is listed under your company name. Freight is an additional charge and depends on size, weight of units shipped, and method of shipment (i.e. air or boat). If you have a freight company you prefer, we can also schedule pick up at our factory.
